If you have a cayenne pepper plant and a coffee grinder at home, it's easy. First put on gloves, cut the dried peppers in half, remove the seeds and put them in the coffee grinder and grind.

How do I make my own heat ointment from cayenne pepper?

  • 250 ml olive oil or coconut oil
  • 50 g beeswax pastilles
