In general, dandelion root contains several minerals and vitamins. The dandelion root is particularly well known in naturopathy because it contains several bitter substances that have a positive effect on the digestive organs. The dandelion root also contains the following nutrients and minerals:

What are the side effects of dandelion root?

In general, you should always read the package leaflet and instructions for use of each dandelion root preparation. If you are unsure, it is strongly recommended that you talk to your doctor and agree on the intake of dandelion root preparations.
