You can also get an external USB sound card. Make sure it has enough inputs so that you can connect multiple mixer channels.
In effect, you just plug the sound card into your PC and connect the outputs of your mixer to the inputs of your card. A third option is also possible, but this solution is not very optimal for audio quality. Mixers usually all have jack outputs that you can connect to your computer with a cable, provided your PC has jack inputs.
