The jump with spring system is much more resistant. When you are looking for a jump trampoline to buy, pay attention to the manufacturer's specifications regarding the size of the equipment. According to experts, the ideal diameter is above 90 cm. The larger the diameter, the better, because you will feel more stability to perform different movements and even more comfort and safety to advance in the exercises.

The diameter of the equipment is measured in two ways: total diameter, or in other words, the width of the jump, and the usable area, or in other words, the canvas area, where you're going to jump. The height of the equipment follows a standard and measures around 20 centimetres. The lower height is to avoid serious accidents if you slip and fall off the equipment.


When buying a jumper, don't forget to check the weight of the equipment on the product's technical sheet, because the weight of the jumper influences the stability of the equipment.
