What do high-fat protein chips contain and what are their advantages and disadvantages?

On average, protein chips contain seven to 12 grams of fat per 100 grams.

High-fat protein chips contain between 14 and 17 grams of fat per 100 grams. The higher fat content, combined with mostly medium protein and carbohydrate content, provides more flavour than other protein chips with less fat.
